(NCS) is an independent nursing practice established to provide rehabilitation and other services for clients and their families with disabilities or chronic illnesses. We serve as advocates for those with disabilities and their families to assess their needs, identify services and resources, facilitate disability management, and coordinate care. Our consultation services include rehabilitation evaluations, life care planning, case management, education, and medical-legal review.
