Nursing Consultation Services, Ltd. ( NCS) is an independent nursing practice established in 1986. Our nursing practice provides rehabilitation and other services for clients and their families with disabilities or chronic illnesses. We serve as advocates for those with disabilities and their families to assess their needs, identify services and resources, facilitate disability management, and coordinate care. Consultation services include rehabilitation evaluations, life care planning, case management, special needs trust care coordination, education, and medical-legal review.
